The Quality Manual is a document that provides an overview on the organizational quality management system of Penang International Dental College (PIDC).

The Quality Manual was created with a purpose outline policies, objectives and plans to achieve quality objectives in the PIDC management system. This manual also explains the relationship between service processes in the organization.
